Fried Sticky Rice without Meat Stuffing

Ingredients:
300gr Sticky rice
50gr Carrot
100gr grinded pork meat
1 Jelly’s ear mushroom
50gr cassava fruit
Cotton Pork Meat (Chà Bông Heo), scallion, 2 cloves purple onion
Spices: salt, sugar, pepper, fish sauce.
Process:
Step 1: Soak sticky rice in cold water 3 hours. Then, bring to cook. Use more water than normal way for cooking rice.
Ingredients:

50gr cassava fruit
Cotton Pork Meat (Chà Bông Heo), scallion, 2 cloves purple onion

Process:

Step 2: Peel off the cover of cassava, clean and slice small. You make the same process for carrot.
Step 3: Soak Jelly’s ear mushroom into cold water about 5 – 10 minutes. Cut off the root, slice thinly.
