2 – 3 eggplants
200gr shrimp
300gr grinded pork
5gr dried cassava vermicelli (Miến Khô – Buy at Vietnamese Markets)
Purple onion, salt, pepper, salt, sugar, fish sauce, Maggi’s stuff.
Process:
Step 1: Cut in half eggplants and bring to clean. Use spoon to scoop away all seeds. Next, soak them into cold water added a little salt in 30 minutes.
