Ingredients:

1 chicken egg
200g whole wheat flour
110g butter (no salt)
60g icing sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla starch
Red food color

Process:

Step 1: Wait until butter becomes softer. Put egg and butter on clean bowl, use mixing to mix well in 5 – 8 minutes.

Step 2: Next, add butter and mix more 3 minutes
 

 

Step 3: Slowly add more whole wheat flour, use wood spoon to knead well and add more vanilla starch.
