340ml fresh milk
120g Thai tea
80 – 100g sugar
340ml heavy cream (whipping cream)
3 yolks
Process:
Step 1: Pour fresh milk into pot, cook with small heat until it starts boiling. Turn off the heat immediately. When it is still hot, add more Thai tea into it.
Ingredients:

Process:

Step 2: Wait in 30 minutes until it turns orange color.
Step 3: Filter this mixture and throw away the tea.
Step 4: Add sugar and 1/3 heavy cream into mixture milk in step 3, cook with medium heat until it is hot. Turn off the heat.
